I just found out that my Gmail account has been hacked. Even though I still have access to my backup email and phone, I'm stuck on a screen that requires the hacker's email to authorize my login. I really need some help figuring out what to do next!

That really sucks! Unfortunately, it seems like Google is the only one that can help, but they're not very responsive when it comes to account hack issues. Best to check their help pages for any possible recovery options, though it can be frustrating to navigate.
You seriously need to change your email for everything important—work, banks, medical records, shopping sites, and streaming accounts. Do this immediately to protect yourself!

I really appreciate the advice! I’m definitely on top of changing my emails for everything as a first step.
