I'm looking to upgrade my PC and need some advice on which component to tackle first. My current specs are: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING motherboard, 48 GB DDR4 RAM at 3,200MHz, an NVIDIA RTX 1650 GPU, an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (8-Core, 3600MHz), and a 650W EVGA BQ modular power supply. I'm leaning towards upgrading to a newer GPU, but I also need to consider the power efficiency of my PSU. Where should I focus my upgrade efforts?

Definitely go for the GPU upgrade first! The RTX 1650 is starting to lag behind newer games and a beefier card will give you a noticeable performance boost. Just make sure whatever you choose won't overload your PSU.
I was thinking about the RTX 3060 or 3070. Would those work?

Any recommendations for a specific GPU?
