Hey everyone, I'm not a developer, but I'm getting a bit anxious about keeping up with technology. At 31, I feel overwhelmed by the rapid rise of AI tools and I'm worried that I've stopped learning. What skills should I prioritize to stay up-to-date? Also, as someone without a formal tech background, which coding language would be the best starting point for me?

Definitely consider learning Python! It’s super versatile and great for anyone, whether you’re in a tech role or not. Many people use Python to enhance their Excel tasks, and it’s just better for that kind of stuff. You can automate a lot of mundane tasks with it too!

Thanks for the tip! Would you mind also sharing your thoughts on the other skills I should focus on?
