I'm gearing up to build my very first PC and would love any advice you guys might have. I've put together a list of parts, and I'm wondering if there are any red flags or suggestions for improvement. Here's my current build: [https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/C9Y9MC](https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/C9Y9MC). Thanks in advance!

You might want to consider a cheaper AIO cooler, a better motherboard, and a more reliable PSU. Also, going for more affordable RAM and SSD options could help save some cash. Here's a list I put together: [https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/bpmRdb](https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/bpmRdb).
Your build looks solid! What’s your main use for it? If you’re gaming at 1440p, a larger M.2 SSD would be a good call, and you might not need the extra internal drive. The processor seems a bit overkill for a first-time build, but it’ll certainly future-proof you. Just think about how demanding your games will be; if you're playing at 1440, this setup should handle it without issues!
Yeah, I’m mostly using it for gaming at 1440. I get that it's a bit overkill, but that means I won’t have to upgrade soon, right? Should I think about downgrading any parts?

Thanks for the suggestions! Can you explain why those alternatives are better?
