Hello everyone! I'm in a tough spot right now. My Microsoft account was recently hacked, and the intruder changed all my security settings—like my recovery email, phone number, and password. I've followed all the recovery steps offered by Microsoft, but every time I attempt to regain access, I either need to sign in or receive a verification code sent to the hacker's new email or phone. I've also tried filling out the account recovery form, but since they altered all my details, it keeps getting denied. It feels like I'm completely locked out, and my original email is no longer linked to the account. I attempted to get help from Microsoft Support, but they just send me back to the automated recovery process, which isn't working for me. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to get in touch with a real Microsoft agent who can help verify my identity for account recovery, I'd really appreciate your advice!

It sounds like a really frustrating situation! Unfortunately, if all your security info was changed, it’s going to be tough to recover that account. You might need to consider creating a new one, but before you do, I recommend trying to reach out on Microsoft’s official support channels again and requesting to speak with a real person instead of going through automated messages. They might have a way to help you directly, especially if you can provide some proof of ownership.

But what if they won’t help? I’ve heard others are stuck after a hack like this.
