I'm looking for a good tool to help with migrating from one Microsoft 365 tenant to another. Here's what I need: I have about 50 users and mailboxes, around 1TB of SharePoint storage, and I'm aiming to transfer Teams chats and info as well as OneDrive data. Ideally, I want a solution that minimizes downtime and makes the whole process easy. I've checked out CodeTwo and BitTitan Migration Wiz, but I'm a bit concerned about the support and testimonials for those. Any recommendations?

Thanks for mentioning CodeTwo! Just so you know, they don’t currently support Teams Chat or SharePoint migrations, but they do have some success stories you can check out. Their support team is available for assistance 7 days a week!
I recommend considering ShareGate, AvePoint Fly, or BitTitan. There are plenty of migration solutions out there that might fit your needs.
I used both BitTitan and CodeTwo two years ago for merging three tenants. BitTitan did a great job with Teams Chats, whereas CodeTwo struggled there. Both handled the rest well, but I found BitTitan's support to be much better!
BitTitan was my go-to tool when I worked at an MSP. It handled numerous migrations to M365 with ease; it worked like a champ for all kinds of email services. I totally recommend it!
