What Upgrades Should I Consider for My PC?

I'm currently using a B550 motherboard, an RTX 3060 graphics card, and a Ryzen 7 5800X processor. I'm looking for advice on what I should upgrade next. I'm not a heavy gamer, mainly playing Fortnite now and then, but I'm considering upgrading to an RTX 5070 and adding two more RAM sticks. My concern is whether these upgrades will cause any bottleneck issues with my CPU.

Honestly, the most likely upgrade to consider is your RTX 3060. That card is decent, but if you want to step up, the RTX 5070 could provide a nice improvement. You might also want to think about RAM, SSD, or even your power supply, depending on what you've got. Just be cautious about potential bottlenecking with your CPU. It should handle a 5070 well, but always good to double-check performance benchmarks before upgrading.

Are you currently satisfied with your FPS at your resolution? I just built a new rig with a 3700X and a 1080 Ti, and honestly, if I had your setup, I probably wouldn't feel the need to upgrade yet. It really comes down to what you need from your PC—if it's doing the job now, it might be fine to hold off for a bit.

First, it really depends on your budget and what games you plan to play. If you're mainly into lighter gaming, like Fortnite, you might not need to rush into upgrading anything significant. Just keep an eye on your performance and see if you're getting decent FPS at your current settings. For most users, your setup is solid unless you're aiming for higher resolutions or specific demanding games. But if you’re looking to future-proof, the RTX 5070 could be a good choice, and adding RAM won't hurt either.
