What web KVM options should I consider for my work setup?

I work remotely in Europe while managing computers for a branch in Mexico, and I've been using piKVM, which allows me to access the BIOS and install operating systems by having workers connect their computers to this device. It generally works, but I'm facing limitations since I can only manage one computer at a time. I'm looking to add another KVM that isn't a piKVM since some computers don't interact well with it. I have VPN access, so cloud solutions aren't an option for me. I'm considering options like the GL.iNet Comet, which seems easy to source, but I'm unsure of its performance compared to piKVM. The JetKVM looks interesting as well but might be tough to acquire in Mexico. I'm also open to other suggestions and would love to hear what alternatives others might have, especially after a not-so-great experience with Aurga Viewer — I would advise against that one!

You could look into extending your piKVM setup, as they support more than one device. The Multiport Extender can control up to 20 devices by daisy-chaining them. This way, you can still stick with a familiar solution and expand your capabilities!

I did something similar with my piKVM setup, adding two switches for five machines. It worked well after I set the EDID to a fixed 1920x1080 to avoid some BIOS quirks.

Consider the TinyPilot Voyager 2a, which is a solid upgrade to your current setup, designed for greater stability. Alternatively, enterprise KVMs like the Raritan Dominion KX IV-108 could significantly enhance your workflow by enabling more multitasking.

If your company is covering the cost, definitely check out enterprise KVM switches from Vertiv or similar brands. They offer robust solutions that suit a professional environment.

Have you thought about automating your deployment instead? Depending on the OS, tools like Intune Autopilot can help. Also, for brands like HP and Dell, you can remotely set BIOS settings, plus Intel AMT/Cira combined with Meshcentral is a great way to KVM multiple devices.
