I mainly want a PC for titles that aren't available on PlayStation, like Counter-Strike 2, World of Warcraft, and to take advantage of mods for games like RDR2 and Minecraft. What kind of budget should I consider for this?

I’m in the same boat right now, and I’ve found buying used parts is the way to go. I got a 5700x and 6700xt for just $300! I plan to grab a few new components, but overall, I should have a solid rig for about $550. You really can't beat the specs you can get with used parts on a tight budget!
