I bought a new PC 21 days ago, and I've noticed that when I play games, there's a weird burnt smell coming from it. It's not like the system is overheating since the fans are working fine and the air doesn't feel too hot. But when I'm not playing games, the smell is normal, just like when I first got it. Is this something I should be concerned about?

It might not be a burning smell per se, just a warm scent. Sometimes, new components can emit odd smells during their first few uses while they break in. Keep an eye on temperatures to be sure, but it might just be normal for a new system.
Have you checked for dust? Sometimes dust buildup can create odd smells. A good cleaning with some canned air on your motherboard and GPU might help. Just be careful not to touch anything directly; let the air do the work!
