I've been researching monitors over the last few days and have decided I'm looking for a 27-inch model that features 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and IPS technology with local dimming, all for under $700. I want to prioritize great color accuracy and contrast, but I'm worried that I might be overspending. I'm trying to avoid VA panels due to concerns about ghosting. Any recommendations?

For your budget, you might want to consider an OLED monitor. Is there a specific reason you're set on IPS?
I probably just need to learn more about OLEDs. I've heard about burn-in and that they're not always super bright. Plus, I want to avoid ghosting, which I thought IPS panels handle better.
