I'm building my first custom PC using a Ryzen 7800X3D paired with an ASUS TUF Gaming Motherboard. I've heard that using an AMD Radeon GPU can give a slight performance boost with the Ryzen CPU. My goal is to achieve 4K gaming at 120 FPS, but I'm having trouble deciding on the right GPU that fits my budget of $600 to $700. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the insights! I guess I'll have to rethink my expectations. I appreciate the suggestions on the RX 9070 XT and 7900 XTX!
Unfortunately, you're not going to find anything in the $700 range that can handle 4K at 120 FPS. Your best bet is to stretch your budget to around $900 and go for the 7900 XTX. If you're sticking to $700, the RX 9070 XT can do entry-level 4K, but you're looking more at 1440p or 4K at 60 FPS.
I'm curious, are there certain brands of the RX 9070 XT I should avoid? I've seen options like Red Devil, Sapphire, and Gigabyte, but I'm not sure which ones are reliable.
Honestly, hitting 4K at 120 FPS with any GPU in your budget is going to be super challenging. You might need to lower your graphics settings or sacrifice some visual quality to achieve that.
Totally agree! If you're at $700, you'll likely be looking at 1440p/144 FPS or maybe 4K at 60 FPS. It's tough.
