That's a pretty tough question because it really depends on what you want to do with the PC. If you’re looking for a budget gaming rig, I’d suggest starting with an old OEM office PC, upgrading it to run Windows 11, and then swapping in suitable components for your needs. That can save you some cash and you can build on it over time!
I don't really know how to get started with that, though. I want something that I can use for gaming.
