What’s the Best Setup for Couch Gaming with My PC?

I've been using my Xbox Series X more often lately, and with the new Steam Machine announcement, I've started thinking about the concept of couch gaming. I have a solid gaming PC, so I don't see the need for the Steam Machine, but I love the idea of gaming on the couch since the screen is better, it's more comfortable, and my cat enjoys it too!

I primarily want to game using a controller but would also like to switch to a keyboard and mouse as needed. Is there a way to stream from my PC to my Xbox Series X? If not, what's the best method to connect my PC to my TV, considering it's about a 20-foot distance with a wall in between?

Can I manage with a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, or is there a better option I should consider? Additionally, how should I handle my monitors? Ideally, I want to keep my TV's HDMI plugged in. Should I just unplug the HDMI from my GPU, or can I disable the TV in the display settings? Thanks for your help!

If I were in your shoes, I'd connect your controller via Bluetooth to your PC to avoid any cords sticking out. Also, consider getting a small lap table for your couch—something that’s sturdy enough to hold your setup without taking up too much space. You might even find one that attaches to the couch and swivels!

I plan on grabbing a table too, but quick question: since I normally use a cord for my Xbox controllers on PC, is there a specific Bluetooth dongle I should get? I also have PS4 controllers that I’ve never tried on PC.
