Hey everyone! I'm putting together a PC with a Ryzen 7 8700G and I won't be using a separate graphics card. Here are the specs: ASUS TUF B650M-PLUS WIFI, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM (2x16GB), running Windows 11, and I've got a 1080p monitor at 75Hz. I'll primarily be using this setup for programming, MS Office, and some light gaming (like League of Legends). I'm not into video editing or 3D rendering. My main question is: how much VRAM should I allocate in the BIOS for the iGPU to get decent performance without overusing my system RAM? I've seen recommendations from 2GB to 8GB and would love to hear what has worked best for you all. Thanks!

Honestly, it probably doesn't matter too much. If the game runs out of VRAM, it will just start using your system RAM as needed. With 32GB of RAM, you're pretty much covered for most scenarios.
In my experience, the more VRAM you assign, the better, but I wouldn't go crazy with it. Just remember, if you ever do hit VRAM limitations, your system RAM will kick in anyway.
For light gaming and general use, I think 2GB is plenty. You won't really stretch it with League of Legends and similar games.
Allocating 8GB should be a safe bet. You might not use all of it for light gaming, but since you have the extra RAM available, it won't hurt to give it more headroom.
