What’s the best way to clone my HDD to my new SSD without losing my Windows setup?

I want to clone my HDD, which contains all my important data, to a new 1TB NVMe SSD that will serve as both my Windows boot drive and storage. I've already cloned Windows from a smaller 128GB SSD, and I want to ensure that when I clone my HDD to the 1TB SSD, it doesn't disturb the Windows setup I've already established. I plan to keep the HDD as a backup.

If you're only moving regular files, you can just copy and paste them directly. Just make sure that your hidden files are visible first. There's really no need to clone to a drive that already has critical data unless you back everything up to another drive as a safety measure.

The first cloning was just for Windows, so I'll keep the 128GB SSD as a backup. I want this second cloning to be quicker and cleaner since it will involve around 500GB.
