What’s the Best Way to Configure My Case and CPU Fans for Optimal Cooling?

I've noticed that my PC is running hot lately, which is causing some stuttering while gaming. I'm wondering how I should set up my case fans in relation to my GPU and CPU cooling. Should I configure the fans for my GPU separately and leave my radiator fans for the CPU, or is it better to set them all to the same temperature control? Any tips on fan control settings would be greatly appreciated!

It makes sense to configure your case fans to react to your GPU and have your radiator fans respond to your CPU. If your fans are connected to different PWM headers, it’s a good idea to set the bottom fans for the GPU and leave the rest on CPU control. It can really help manage temperatures effectively!
