I'm currently on vacation and want to stress test my router, particularly for DoS attacks. However, I'm unable to access it physically. I have a low-power Windows machine available and just need to find out what my router's Public IP Address is. Is there a way to retrieve this information remotely?

It looks like you're mostly reliant on admin rights to get that info. If you can't access the router's settings remotely, check with your ISP. They might have a customer service number or app that lets you see your network details without needing direct access to the router itself.
To find your router's Public IP remotely, you generally need admin access to it. If you don’t have a way to log in from afar, you might be out of luck. Some ISPs have mobile apps that let you check router details, so see if your provider offers something like that. Otherwise, logging into the router interface directly is usually the go-to method.
