If you're a "super noob" like you say, I'd recommend starting with Porkbun or Cloudflare to buy your domain, as they're quite transparent with their fees. For building your site, Squarespace has some great templates specifically for musicians. If you want something simpler, look into Carrd.co; it’s really affordable for a basic link page.
For your domain, Cloudflare works well, but I'd recommend Webflow for building your site instead of Wix. Wix has some reputation issues when it comes to data privacy. If you're planning to upload a lot of files or need something custom, you might eventually need to look into building it from scratch.
