I'm building a new PC and it's my first time using an AIO (All-In-One) cooler. I'm planning to mount the radiator at the top of the case with the setup being: Fan Bracket, then Radiator, followed by the Fans. I'm wondering whether it's better to pull air from outside the case through the radiator into the case or to push the warm air from inside the case through the radiator to the outside. Any advice will help, thanks!

I agree with pushing out the warm air. If you're worried about cooling efficiency, having fresh air from outside could be beneficial if your setup balances well. Just keep in mind if you decide to go vertical with the radiator, it might change things a bit.
If you're mounting the radiator vertically, the air flow might need to be adjusted. You might still want to exhaust warm air out, but the vertical mount can affect how the liquid flows and cools, so just keep an eye on temperatures!
It's generally better to push the warm air out of the case with the fans on top. This way, you're expelling the hot air generated inside the case, which helps keep things cooler overall.
