I'm heading to college this August to study computer science, and I have a month free right now. I'm planning to dive into coding, specifically starting with the C language. I could really use some guidance on where to find good notes, lectures, and practice resources. Also, a senior mentioned something about the idea of 'learning in public.' Can anyone explain that to me? Just a heads up, my previous experience is basic Python from school, and I'm using a MacBook M2.

You might want to check your college syllabus to see what language you'll need to learn first. If it's not C, consider something simpler like Swift, especially through the Swift Playground app.
Harvard's CS50X is a great starting point! It's beginner-friendly and covers a lot of fundamentals.
I'm from India, and I've never seen anyone start with Swift, but it could be a good fit!
