If you're willing to do the work yourself, it can be a lot cheaper. The UI is quite simple, but integrating feeds from different radios can get tricky. If you find volunteers to share data, you might only need to invest your time. But if you expect to pay for data feeds, be prepared for a budget of $20,000 to $30,000 or more.
