Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out how much clearance I should leave for an air cooler in my PC case. Specifically, I have a 160mm air cooler and I'm working with a case that has a height of 165mm. Any insights on how much extra space I should aim for?

The clearance can vary for different cases, but it's always good to have some breathing room. If your cooler is 160mm, having at least 5mm extra should be safe, but check your case's spec sheet for any height restrictions. A little extra space can help with airflow and keep everything cool.

Typically, the maximum cooler height is stated in the case's specifications. But since you are asking about space for a 160mm cooler in a 165mm case, I'd say aim for at least a few millimeters of clearance to avoid any potential fitting issues.
