Hey everyone, I'm currently working on my HP 245 G5 laptop and I've opened it up to do some servicing. I'm really hoping to find the motherboard manual so I can go through it in detail, but I'm struggling to locate it. Does anyone know where I can find this information?

You might want to try installing CPU-Z. It can show you the make and model of all the hardware in your laptop, which could help you find the right motherboard manual with a quick Google search for that model.
I found a link to the user manual for your laptop that might help: [HP Laptop Manual](http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05227925.pdf). It's not specifically a motherboard manual, but it might have some useful information you can check out.
Keep in mind that laptops usually don't come with motherboard manuals. You can find user guides and service manuals on HP's official site. Just wondering, what specifically are you trying to do with the motherboard?
I see, I have checked the maintenance and service guide, but I was looking more for a schematic of the motherboard itself. Just trying to study it.
ok, I'll try that
