Which CPU Should I Choose for a 5070Ti Build?

I'm building a new workstation centered around a 5070Ti GPU (with hopes for a 5070Ti Super release soon). My budget is 2300 Euros, and I'm located in Germany. I'll primarily be using software like Unreal, Blender, and Photoshop. It's been a while since I last built a PC, and I've heard that AMD CPUs are considered the best for gaming right now, while Intel might still hold an edge in productivity due to better single-core performance. I want to pair a CPU with my GPU that won't bottleneck my performance and will serve my needs. Any recommendations?

Have you considered the 9800X3D or 7800X3D? They’re also great options in terms of performance.

The Ryzen 9 9950X is slightly superior to Intel's highest offerings, but it can get pricey. If you're after top-notch performance, the 9950X3D is worth considering. Ultimately, it all comes down to what kind of games you're working on. I'm using an i7-8086K with an RTX 3060 for a smaller project, and it handles fine, but if you're aiming for bigger titles or intense workloads, going with a higher-end CPU is a solid move.

Thanks for the insight! I'm currently developing a manageable project in Unreal with smaller, contained levels, but I also take on client work. Having a more powerful PC sounds like it could be beneficial when I tackle something more demanding.
