Which Gaming PC Should I Choose for Video Recording and Gaming?

I'm looking for some advice on choosing between two gaming PCs. I plan to use the PC primarily for recording videos and playing games like No Man's Sky, Rust, Valorant, CS:GO, and Minecraft (with mods and shaders). While these games don't require a ton of power, I want to invest in a setup that will last me a while without needing too many upgrades.

The first PC costs $1650 and comes with:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-14400F (10-core, 16-thread)
- Cooling: MSI MAG CORELIQUID A13 360 (water cooling)
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070 (12GB)
- RAM: 32GB DDR5 (6000 MT/s, RGB)
- Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H610M-A WIFI
- SSD: 1TB NVMe (6000/4000 MB/s)
- Power Supply: 750W (80 Plus Gold)

The second one is priced at $1200, but if I upgrade to a 4070 (12GB), it'll come to $1500. Its specs include:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-14400F (10-core, 10-thread)
- Cooling: Darkflash (water cooling)
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080 (10GB)
- RAM: 32GB
- Motherboard: MSI PRO H610M-G (DDR4)
- SSD: 1TB NVMe
- Power Supply: 750W

Money isn't really an issue; I just want to make sure I'm getting good value for what I pay for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just a heads up, both PCs you're considering are pre-built, so you won't be able to customize them further. Make sure the specs suit your needs ahead of time!

Honestly, I recommend staying away from Intel for now. AMD tends to provide better performance in gaming and multitasking, particularly at similar price points. Plus, their CPUs often have more cores, which can help with video recording. Just something to consider!

I don’t want to get into the whole Intel vs AMD debate, but could you tell me why you think Intel is not a good option?

I came across a solid AMD setup recently—a used RTX 3070 Ti paired with an AMD 9600X for about $530 total. It's a great choice if you're comfortable building, but since these are pre-built PCs, I understand you might not want to get into that. Just wanted to throw that out there!

Thanks for the suggestion, but I should mention that these PCs are pre-built, so I can't swap out components. Plus, I don't have experience building one.
