I'm looking to upgrade from my 3060 Ti, as it's been producing annoying coil whine while watching videos and feels like it's lagging in 1440p gaming sometimes. Here are my options: A. 9060 XT 16GB for €350 (Sapphire Pure), B. RTX 3080 10GB (new) for €355 (Inno3D X3 LHR), or C. 5060 Ti 8GB for €330 (Inno3D Twin X2) — but it's currently out of stock at this price. My budget is €400, and I don't want to spend more on the 9070 or 5070. I'm not too concerned about future-proofing in terms of VRAM. My build consists of a Ryzen 7500F, MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi, XPG Core Reactor 750W, and XPG Lancer Blade 6000MHz 2x16GB DDR5.

I’d say go for the 9060 XT! The 16GB VRAM is going to be super helpful for future games, and you should be able to enjoy most titles at 1440p around 100 fps on high settings.
Be cautious with AMD GPUs! Their support can be a bit unpredictable. They just dropped support for some older models, which could leave you hanging down the road. If you want something reliable, the 5060 Ti might be safer.
Honestly, the RTX 3080 is the best performer here, especially at 1440p. It can even handle some 4K if you tweak the settings. Just note that it’s older tech, and power consumption is higher, but your PSU can handle it!
The 9060 XT is definitely better for memory, but remember that it's not as powerful as the 3080 in terms of raw performance. It might be more power-efficient, though. Think about whether you prioritize performance or VRAM.
