Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on choosing a new GPU. My current setup includes an RTX 2080 Super paired with an i7-9700K (3.6GHz) and a Z390 gaming motherboard. I've been eyeing the ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5070 OC and the ASUS Prime AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT OC as options to help me game in 4K. I'd love to know which one would be better for me. Also, is it complicated to switch from NVIDIA to AMD? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you're considering 4K, the RX 9070 XT is a solid choice, especially since it has 16GB of VRAM which can be really useful. Changing from NVIDIA to AMD can be a hassle at first, but you’ll get used to it. Just keep in mind that while the RTX 5070 has features like DLSS for improved performance, the RX 9070 XT may serve you better in terms of VRAM for future games. Go for the 9070 XT!

Thanks for the insight! So you're saying the 9070 XT would be more future-proof as well?
