Which GPU should I upgrade to from my RTX 3060?

I'm currently using an RTX 3060 12GB paired with a Ryzen 7 5700X3D. I'm considering an upgrade to an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, but I'm wondering if that's a good choice given my CPU. If not, which GPU would you recommend?

The 5060 Ti is okay, but you might be left wanting more. It's only about 67% faster than the 3060. If you're looking for a significant performance jump, consider either the RX 9070 or, if your budget allows, the 9070 XT or the 5070 Ti.

The 5060 Ti is a decent card and fits nicely within a budget. But if you can stretch it, you might want to look at the RX 9060 XT 16 GB, which offers better value for the price.

Just keep in mind that when I upgrade, I want to see at least double the performance. The 5060 Ti might not give you that boost, so looking toward the RX 9070 or the higher-end models would be a better bet.

Honestly, don’t underestimate the Ryzen 7 5700X3D, especially if you have a 1440p or higher display. If you've got a bit more cash to spare, I’d suggest going for the RTX 5070 Ti or the RX 9070 XT. But if you're set on the 5060 Ti 16GB, it’s a solid choice too.
