I'm a graphic designer working in a third-world country, and I'm trying to choose between two PC builds for my work. My budget is around $1,000, but I really don't know much about computer parts. Here are the specs I'm looking at:
**Vendor 1**
- CPU: Intel Core i5-14400F (10C 16T, 1.8-4.7GHz)
- CPU cooler: ID Cooling Frozen A410 Black
- Mainboard: MSI B760M Gaming Plus WIFI
- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5060 SG Shadow 2X OC (GDDR7)
- RAM: 32GB DDR5 (5200MHz)
- SSD: 1TB Sandisk SSD Plus (NVMe M.2)
- Case: Cougar Archon 2 RGB Plus
- Power Supply: Cougar Atlas 750W 80 Plus Bronze
- Monitor: Viewsonic VA240A-H (23.8 inch IPS, 120Hz)
- Total Price: $1,008.22
**Vendor 2**
- CPU: Intel Core Ultra 5 225F
- Mainboard: Gigabyte H810M Gaming WIFI
- GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 5050 Dual (GDDR6)
- RAM: 32GB DDR5 (6000MHz)
- SSD: 1TB WD Black SN7100 (M.2)
- Case: mATX Case Tsunami Adventure KK
- Power Supply: AeroCool Lux 750W 80+ Bronze
- Monitor: Samsung LS27F320GAEXXT (27 inch IPS, 120Hz)
- Total Price: $1,084.51
Given these options, which one do you think would be better suited for my graphic design work? Thanks a lot for your help!

Have you considered building your own PC? Sometimes you can get better components within the same budget if you buy parts separately instead of a pre-built system. Just a thought!
Honestly, both builds have their pros and cons, but if I had to pick, I'd lean towards Vendor 1. The Intel Core i5 processor is solid for graphic design tasks, plus the RTX 5060 GPU is better suited for handling graphics. Plus, that cooler is a bonus to keep your system running smoothly!
I agree! The GPU makes a big difference. The 5060 can support design software better than the 5050 in the other build.
I don't really know how to build PCs at all. I wouldn't even know where to begin! But I'm on a tight deadline to get this sorted out.
