Hey everyone! I've been looking for some affordable RAM and I've narrowed it down to two options. The first is a Corsair Vengeance kit with 32GB (2x16) at 6000MHz with CL36-44-44-96 for $350 that I found on Facebook Marketplace. The second option is two Kingston Fury Beast 16GB sticks of DDR5 at 5600MHz with CL36 each, costing a total of $230 from a store. I'm really leaning towards the two separate Kingston sticks, but I'm wondering if the performance difference between 6000MHz and 5600MHz is worth the extra cost. What do you guys think?

Honestly, I don't think the difference justifies the price. It's safer to go for the cheaper option, especially since buying from Facebook could have risks like getting defective parts.

I totally agree! It's a higher risk with tech on Facebook Marketplace. If you can, stick with the store for backup if anything goes wrong. Better safe than sorry!
