I'm having trouble with my new PC build getting any display on my monitors. I have an MSI B650M-B motherboard, a GIGABYTE RTX 5070 EAGLE OC ICE SFF graphics card, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, and 6000MHz CL30 Kingston RAM. My setup includes two monitors: a Samsung G3 Odyssey connected via DisplayPort and a GameBooster 2461CF via HDMI. Both monitors worked perfectly with my previous computer, but now I'm just getting 'No Signal' on both of them.
I've tried several troubleshooting steps including switching from Windows 11 to Windows 10, reseating the CMOS battery and RAM, testing with different cables and monitor setups, and even getting a replacement graphics card. I've disabled integrated graphics in the BIOS and updated my GPU drivers too. When I reboot, the monitors sometimes show up, but then they lose signal again, and it seems like my GPU drivers uninstall themselves. I'm at a loss for what to try next!

Have you checked if you can see the BIOS? If you can access the BIOS but not Windows, it suggests the problem might be with Windows settings or the drivers.
Yeah, I can get into BIOS just fine, but I have issues once Windows starts up.
