I've been facing an ongoing issue where most websites just won't load every couple of days, and it can even happen daily. The exceptions seem to be sites like YouTube, Google, and Mastodon. This problem lasts for about 15 minutes at a time, and sometimes it doesn't resolve for an indefinite period. I'm using a FritzBox 7530 router, and I've identified that the issue affects the entire network.
To troubleshoot, I've already tried a bunch of things: turning off UBlock, disabling PiHole, changing the DNS server, adjusting the MTU value, resetting the router to its factory settings, and running daily automated reconnects and restarts through a bash script. I've also disabled IPv6 temporarily, even though my ISP supports it, but that didn't help much. I'm honestly running out of ideas here and it's getting frustrating!

I had a similar situation with my internet provider! It turned out to be a temporary issue on their end, and it resolved itself after a while. Maybe try giving your ISP a quick call to see if they know about any ongoing issues?
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely reach out to my ISP to check if there's anything on their end.
