I'm experiencing stuttering in several games, including less demanding ones like 7 Days to Die and Project Zomboid, despite having decent hardware—a RTX 3060 and a Ryzen 7 5700x. It seems to happen mainly in games with large open worlds. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

Stuttering can be caused by a few usual suspects. First, check your GPU settings in MSI Afterburner. If you're overclocked or undervolted too much, that can lead to performance issues. Also, ensure your FPS isn’t locked too low, especially if you see dips to 1% lows that might coincide with stutters.
Could you provide your full system specs? For a game like 7 Days to Die, be aware that areas with lots of zombies can heavily impact performance, especially if your CPU is getting overloaded.
