Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my HP Envy x360. Whenever I turn it on, the fans start running at full blast, which makes my laptop super slow and unresponsive. This problem started a couple of years ago, and I kept the laptop hoping I could fix it later. I've already scanned for malware, replaced the SSD, and even checked for dust or connection problems by taking the fans out. A friend suggested using MSI Afterburner along with a cleaner version of Windows 11, but that hasn't helped either. I'm really at my wits' end here because this laptop is otherwise great and I'd love to keep using it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated—thanks!

It sounds like you might need to check your laptop's temperatures. High temps can force the fans to run constantly. Consider reapplying thermal paste if it's indeed running too hot. It's a common fix that can really help.
I see you're checking temps already. Just remember that if nothing's overheating, it might not be a thermal issue at all. Sometimes, it could be related to software misconfigurations too.
Definitely look into your system temps. If they're high, that could indicate a thermal issue. There are tutorials online that can guide you through reapplying thermal paste if you decide to go that route.
For laptops, where do you usually need to apply thermal paste?
