I'm having a problem where both of my monitors suddenly went black while I was using my computer. They still have power, but only one monitor seems to connect, and that one is also just showing a black screen. I've tried switching cables and unplugging everything for a while, but nothing has improved. I even attempted changing the ports and used different cable types, but neither DisplayPort nor HDMI is working. I opened up my computer case and checked for loose wires, and I can't seem to boot into Windows Safe Mode either.

I think we need a bit more detail. What kind of PC and graphics card are you using? Have you tried just powering the computer off completely and then turning it back on? That often helps with this kind of issue.
Have you checked if your graphics drivers are up to date? This sort of thing happens to me sometimes, and updating the drivers usually sorts it out. It's worth a shot!
