I'm really frustrated because only two out of my eight fans are spinning properly. I tried to fix it by disassembling various components and swapping out fans, which worked for a couple of hours, but then the issue returned. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

It sounds like an issue with how your fans are connected. Are you linking them all to a fan hub or going straight to the motherboard's SYS FAN? If they're plugged directly, keep in mind the current draw. If the total is more than what the motherboard can handle, that could cause problems. You might need to use a fan hub instead.
They connect to each other, and then the last one goes to the SYS FAN. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble posting a pic to show my setup.
