I recently bought an Acer N60 from the marketplace and I'm trying to do a clean install of Windows 11. The issue is, I can't find the NVMe drive during installation using a USB. It shows up fine in the BIOS and previously had Windows 11 installed, so I assume the format is okay. When I attempted to delete everything and do a cloud install, my apps and search history were still there despite choosing 'Remove everything.' I'm stuck at this point and think installing from the USB directly should work, but again, the drive doesn't show up when I try. Any advice would be really helpful!

It sounds like there might be an issue with the drive's partition setup. Before installing again, check the partitions in the installer. If it shows there were previous partitions, try deleting them and then the installer should see the unallocated space and set everything up properly for fresh installation. Let me know if that works!
Just a thought, have you checked your BIOS settings? Sometimes, the drive needs to be configured properly in there. It could also help to reset BIOS settings to default before starting the installation again. Give that a shot!

Thanks for the tip! I'll try that and see if it makes a difference.
