Why can’t I find my WiFi adapter in Device Manager?

I'm really struggling to set up the WiFi for my new PC build. I have a Dell Optiplex 3050, it's got an i5-7500 processor and runs on Windows 10. I recently purchased a Cudy AX3000 wireless WiFi 6 PCIe card and installed it in one of the PCIe x1 slots, but when I check Device Manager, I can't find it listed. All I see is the Ethernet option, which isn't usable for me right now. I've already checked if it's hidden, and it isn't. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and just want to get this working!

First, try expanding all entries in Device Manager to see if you spot any devices with an exclamation mark. If you find one, it might be related to your wireless card, and you can check the properties to install any necessary drivers. If nothing shows up, take a look at your BIOS settings to ensure the PCI slots are enabled.

Have you seen any exclamation marks in Device Manager? That's usually a sign something's off. If not, BIOS might be your next stop since that controls hardware detection.
