I've been having trouble with MS Word lately. Whenever I try to open any Word file that I've downloaded, it gives me an error message saying there's a problem reading the file. I've noticed that I need to unlock these files in the file properties before I can open them. This issue started recently, and I've already tried reinstalling Word, but that hasn't fixed it. Anyone else experiencing this?

What file formats are you trying to open? Are they .doc or .docx? Sometimes certain formats can cause issues based on your version of Word.
Just to make sure, you have unblocked the downloaded files in their properties, right? That’s usually a key step; if you haven't, you might want to check that again.
