I'm having a weird issue where I can't receive calls from two specific people, even though they can call me without any problems. When they try to call, it doesn't ring—just goes straight to voicemail or gives an error saying my voicemail isn't set up. I've checked and neither of us has blocked each other, and I've gone through my phone settings trying to find anything that might be causing the blockage. They both have AT&T plans while I use Spectrum. Could this be a problem related to our network providers? I'd really appreciate any help or insights anyone might have!

Have you tried restarting your phone? Also, what phone model are you using?
Try removing these contacts and then restarting your phone. After that, have them give you a call again and see if it goes through. If it does, re-add them and check if the problem persists. Sometimes, it’s not the phone settings but a minor configuration in the call settings that causes issues with specific contacts.
