Why Can’t I Receive Calls From Some Numbers?

Hey everyone! I'm having a strange issue where I'm not getting calls from certain people. My parents can call me without any problems, but when my doctor's office tries to reach me, they get sent straight to voicemail. My phone doesn't ring at all, and it only shows that I have a missed call. Does anyone know why this happens or how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!

If you had an iPhone, I'd tell you about the "Silence Unknown Callers" setting. But since you’re on Android, it might be different. There are similar features in Android that could cause this, like blocking unknown numbers. Check your call settings to see if any such options are enabled!

Thanks for the tip, but I’m on Android. I’ll check for similar settings!

You might want to check your call settings. Sometimes there are call diverts or blocks accidentally turned on that you aren't aware of.

I checked, and I don't have call forwarding or call barring enabled. Any other ideas?
