Why Can’t I Set My iPhone Auto-Lock to ‘Never’ Anymore?

Hey everyone! I'm facing a strange problem with my iPhone's auto-lock feature. I used to be able to set it to 'Never,' but now I can only choose a maximum time of 5 minutes. I've made sure Low Power Mode is turned off, checked that there aren't any Screen Time restrictions messing things up, and confirmed that my iOS is updated. I've also tried restarting the phone and toggling a few settings, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there a setting I might be missing that could be causing this?

This problem usually happens if there’s a company profile installed on your device, like an MDM (Mobile Device Management) profile. Those can restrict certain settings, including auto-lock. You might want to check if that’s the case.

How do you find and delete that profile if I have one?
