I've been having an issue for the past two weeks where my PIN won't work at all when I try to log in. I have to restart my laptop every time I turn it on just to sign in, which is really frustrating. When I turn on the laptop, the login screen shows up, but I can't type anything. The numeric keys don’t respond, and I can’t even click with the mouse on the PIN entry area. Restarting it is the only time it starts to work.
