I have an HP All-in-One Desktop PC with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD, and a Full HD 23.8" touchscreen. Despite this setup, I'm finding that it struggles to run games and even lagging when I open multiple tabs. Is there something wrong with my WiFi, or is there another reason for this performance issue?

You've got 8GB of RAM and no dedicated graphics card, which really limits your gaming options. What games are you trying to play? This machine is more like an office laptop, so it's not built for gaming.
Honestly, you bought a low-end computer. It's likely to struggle with anything other than really low graphics settings in games. It's better suited for basic office and school tasks, not gaming.
At this point, what you've got is pretty much the minimum for just browsing the web. If you're lucky, you might manage to play Minecraft on medium settings, but not much else. Unfortunately, upgrading the GPU isn't an option with AIO PCs, so saving up for a new desktop would be your best bet. Some AIOs can also act as monitors, so consider getting a separate desktop if you want to game.
The main issue is likely your RAM and the lack of a dedicated GPU. If it’s possible to add more RAM, that could help a bit, but don't expect miracles. You might be able to run less intensive games like Minecraft or Valorant.
So if I got those games, would they actually run?
Just some lighter games like R.E.P.O., is that too much?
