Why Did I Get a 501 Web Server Error When Using Humble Bundle?

I was browsing the Humble Bundle website on my phone when I suddenly got redirected to quiz.xocoupon.com, and encountered a 501 web server error. I've seen someone mention that it could be due to a browser extension, but I don't have any on my phone. Does anyone know what this error means and why it happened?

A 501 error is an internal server error, which means the site you were redirected to was having issues on their end. It's nothing you did wrong! Just wait a bit and try again later.

If multiple people are getting the same error, it's likely a problem with quiz.xocoupon.com itself, not with your device or settings. Just keep trying, it should be resolved soon.

Typically, a 501 error indicates that the server couldn't process your request, possibly due to an unsupported method. It’s a server-side problem, not a user issue. So yeah, it looks like quiz.xocoupon.com was having server troubles at that moment.
