I've been experiencing some frustrating graphics issues with my gaming setup lately. Despite using a 3070 Ti and a 5700X, games like Battlefield 6 and Space Marine 2 look quite grainy, even when everything is set to high settings and using DLSS. It seems like there's a constant film grain effect or slight blurriness, and it's disheartening because I see others playing the same games with what looks to be much better visuals. If anyone has advice on how to optimize graphics for games on a similar setup, I'd really appreciate it!

Have you checked to see if you're using multiple monitors or if you're running at 1080p on a 1080p monitor? Sometimes weird issues can pop up if there's a mismatch. Also, it might be a good idea to reinstall the drivers using DDU to ensure everything's optimized since over-sharpening can contribute to that grainy look.
It's possible that your monitor's quality is affecting the visuals. You mentioned having a 27-inch AOC C27G1—some matte coatings can look grainy at 1080p, especially if it's a lower resolution screen. I had a similar issue with a 1440p ultrawide monitor that I stopped using for gaming because of it.
Do you notice this in all games or just some? A lot of newer titles tend to use effects like film grain or DLSS that can make the image a bit less clear compared to older games. It might be worth checking if this issue carries over to your screenshots, that can help identify if it's a game-specific issue or something with your setup.
I only see it in modern AAA games. Older games like GTA 5 look just fine. I think it has to do with DLSS since I noticed this issue popping up when it became common. I'm planning to take some screenshots tonight for clarity!

I'm only using one 1080p 144hz monitor, 27 inches.
