Why do the images from my ChatGPT Plus subscription look worse than the free version?

I've just upgraded to the ChatGPT Plus subscription because I needed more capabilities, but I'm really frustrated. I tried using the same image prompts that worked well on the free version, but the results are consistently worse. The images I get with Plus are smudged and not as clear, making me feel like I could trace them myself! Is there anyone else experiencing this issue, and is there a way to fix it? I just spent two hours trying to get a decent image and I'm feeling pretty fed up.

I just switched to Plus too, and honestly, I think it depends on your prompts. I’ve had pretty similar results with both versions, but the layout of your prompt can really impact the outcome. Maybe tweaking the wording might help!

I've seen quite a few complaints about the image quality lately across the board. It seems like many people are hoping for a return to the previously better version. Let's hope they make some adjustments soon!

You're not alone! I've heard from others who feel the image quality isn't as great with Plus either. Some are speculating that the paid version focuses more on personalization, which might be affecting the output quality. It might also just be an adjustment period for the system. Has anyone found a workaround for this yet?
