I've been having this issue where Chrome opens up with a specific link every time I start it. I'm worried if this is malware or something similar. Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling Chrome? I also noticed that when I try to change the search engine, I see two options for Google. What's going on?

If all else fails, you might want to reset your browser settings. I had to do this recently, and it fixed the startup issue without needing a full reinstall.
If you suspect malware, make sure to run a malware scan. Sometimes these issues can be caused by bad extensions you didn’t notice. It's worth removing any extensions you don't recognize just to be safe.
It sounds like something changed your homepage settings. Check if there's any sketchy extension installed or maybe a link was clicked that altered it. You can fix this by going to Settings > On startup and setting the desired page. Make sure to set your preferred URL there!
Yeah, I had a similar issue before. It's annoying how these things happen, but following those steps really cleared it up for me.
