I've been trying to overclock my RAM to 6000 MHz, and everything seems fine initially, but once I start playing a game, my CPU usage spikes to 100% and stays there. When I set the RAM back to its normal speed, the CPU usage goes back to normal. What could be causing this issue?

Make sure to check which CPU you have. It could be a specific anomaly related to your setup. Clearing the CMOS and ensuring your BIOS is up to date might help as well. It's best to be cautious with overclocking, as stability is the key.
It sounds like your RAM overclock might be unstable. When you push your RAM speed too high, the CPU may be working harder to handle memory errors that don't actually cause crashes. I recommend trying to loosen your RAM timings or slightly increase the VDDQ/VDD2 voltage. Sometimes, the 6000 MHz speed with XMP/Expo defaults can be tricky with certain motherboards. Also, what CPU and motherboard are you using?
